OPEMP SYSTEM
A system for manufacture by paste with our proprietary technology, winner of the Industria’97 award from the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Valencia, in the category of Flexibility in Production.
The system enables individualised treatment of raw materials, bringing out the best qualities of each one. The solid components are transformed and stored in the form of pastes. The end product is manufactured using these pastes, reducing the manufacturing time and the energy consumption of the process, and improving product quality.

MONTOMIX GLOBAL SYSTEM
This innovative production system can manufacture minimal quantities of coloured products very fast.
It consists of industrial systems using colorant technology, which can manufacture small or large batches directly in the final container, immediately, according to customer requirements. This enables products to be made in any colour on the card, meeting requirements without the need to have the finished product in stock.

LOGISTICS
Our logistics team is dedicated to delivering the product to the customer as quickly as possible.

Logistics platform:
 -Warehouse with 9,000 locations managed by fuzzy logic, where the system
keeps track of stocks and product location.
-Orders are prepared using a radiofrequency, reducing preparation errors to zero.
-The warehouse is supplied from the factory by a translift, which places products automatically
in the warehouse according to the system commands.
-8 loading docks for 24 tonne trucks.
-Our own fleet of delivery lorries, prepared for ADR transport.
