    - Clean the surface, getting rid of any dirt, moss, mildew, etc. and wash with clean, uncontaminated water.
    -Stir the product until perfectly blended.
    - Slightly dilute the product for the first layer, depending on the porosity and condition of the base.
    - Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5 °C or above 35 °C or when there is a risk of imminent rainfall. The temperature of the base should be above 5 °C to prevent it from freezing.
    - After preparing the base, it is recommended that you apply several coats of the product at a quantity equal to or above 0.75 l/m2.
    Cement mortars:
    1. Wait until completely set (minimum 30 days).
    2. Clean the base to remove any residues, loose or foreign products.
    3. Use abrasive blasting equipment to remove any efflorescence and neutralise alkaline surfaces. Sand down highly polished surfaces to open the pore. Fill with Plasmont Fibra Elástico if required.
    4. Before preparing the base, make sure it is completely dry.
    5. Use a suitable fixative to fix crumbly bases (See family 6).
    6. Use outdoor plaster to fill in any defects in the base (see family 6).
    7. Treat mildewed bases with Montolimp.
