- Shake product until perfectly homogenized.
- First coat should be dilluted  depending on surface conditon and porosity level.
- Finish with one or more coats slighlty dilluted until surface is totally covered.
- Do not apply product at temperatures below 5ºC or any surfaces which have been exposed to sunshine.

Cement and concrete mortars:
1. Wait till complete drying of product (30 days minimum).
2. Remove off any efflorescences by abrasive jet.
3. Neutralize alkaline surfaces.
4. Extremely polished surfaces should be sanpapered to open pores.
5. Remove off any foreing products or remains.
6. Bad condition surfaces should be anchored properly with Emulsión Fijadora or Fijamont.

7. Fill in defects in the substrate (see family 6).

Plaster, plaster-covered brick:
1. Wait till complete drying of product (20% max. Moisture level).
2. Remove off any foreign product or product remains.
3. Clean any efflorescence with a jet washer.
4. Use a sealant or matt paste to regulate surface absorption.
5. Extremely polished surfaces should be sandpapered to open pore.
6. Very damaged surfaces should be fixed with suitable product (Emulsión Fijadora or Fijamont).

Plasterboard partition walls:
1. Carry out a general sanding of the joints and putty fixing areas.
2. Then, clean them to ensure the substrate is free of dust, grease and other contaminants.
3. For application on coloured boards that tend to generate stains, apply Montoplac Sellador Antimanchas.
